  • TELL ME ABOUT DJ KLASSICK BANQUET HALL (DJKBH)?
    DJKBH is an intimate party venue that's approximately 1,200 sq. ft. We cater to small, private events such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, and graduation parties just to name a few. We can accommodate a max of 60 people within our venue.

     

  • WHAT ARE THE RENTAL HOURS AT DJKBH?
    Rentals are between the hours of 8:00 AM-12:00 AM (midnight). Rentals cannot exceed 12:00 AM (midnight) at DJKBH.

     

  • ARE FACE MASKS REQUIRED AT DJKBH?
    Yes, anyone 2 years and older will be required to wear a face mask while attending your event. The only exception is when drinking and/or eating.
     

  • WHAT TIME CAN I SETUP/DECORATE FOR MY EVENT?
    Each package includes a one (1) hour setup time before the start of your event.

     

  • CAN I SETUP THE NIGHT BEFORE MY EVENT OR COME IN EARLIER THAN MY ASSIGNED SETUP TIME?
    NO, you will only be allowed to setup one (1) hour before the start of your event.
     

  • DO YOU PROVIDE STAFF FOR MY EVENT?
    A staff member will be onsite to oversee your event during your rental. Please note that the staff member is not onsite to assist you with your event such as unloading/loading your vehicle or setting up/tearing down your decorations just to name a few.

     

  • DO YOU PROVIDE A "SECURITY GUARD" FOR MY EVENT?
    NO, we do not. It's your private event and you should know everyone you are inviting. If you feel the need for a Security Guard for your event, you may hire a reparable company that's licensed, insured, and bonded at your own expense. The company must be approved by DJKBH Management.
     

  • HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND MY EVENT AT DJ KLASSICK BANQUET HALL?
    We can seat a max of
    60 people and accommodate a total of 60 people. If you are planning on inviting more than 60 people, do not rent DJKBH as we will not be able to accommodate you and your guests.
     

  • CAN I DECORATE DJ KLASSICK BANQUET HALL?
    YES, with restrictions. You are allowed to dress and decorate the tables only. NO wall decorations are allowed and absolutely
    NO ceiling decorations. Balloon arches are acceptable if fastened to a stand and weighted on its own. Banners are also acceptable if fastened to a stand. 
     

  • WILL YOU DECORATE DJ KLASSICK BANQUET HALL FOR MY EVENT?
    NO, we do not decorate the space for Renters. That is the responsibility of the Renter.

     

  • WILL YOU PROVIDE TABLE CLOTH, TABLE OVERLAYS, CHAIR COVERS & BOWS?

    Table Cloth: YES, all tables will be dressed with a Black table cloth. You may provide your own table cloth if you want another color option. We only supply Black table cloths.
    Table Overlays: NO, we do not provide table overlays. You may provide this item as part of your decorations.
    Chair Covers: YES, all chairs will be dressed with a Black chair cover. You may provide your own chair covers if you want another color option. We only supply Black chair covers.

    Chair Bows: NO, we do not provide chair bows. You may provide these items as part of your decorations.
     

  • CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN TABLES AND/OR CHAIRS?
    NO, you cannot. We do not allow any outside furniture to come into DJKBH due to liability reasons.
     

  • CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
    YES, you may. You are free to provide your own food and beverages, which also includes catering companies.

     

  • DO YOU HAVE A KITCHEN AT DJ KLASSICK BANQUET HALL?
    NO, we do not. All food must arrive at DJKBH cooked and ready to be served. You may provide your own chafing dishes to keep your food warm. Absolutely NO cooking on the premises (indoor or outdoor) this includes the TACO MAN or a similar caterers.

     

  • WHERE CAN I SETUP MY FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
    You will be provided with two (2) 6 ft. tables for your food/beverages and one (1) 4 ft. table that can be used for your beverages, gifts, or a cake. All tables are placed in designated areas.

     

  • DO YOU HAVE A REFRIGERATOR I CAN USE?
    NO, due to COVID-19 we do not provide a refrigerator for the Renter's use or any refrigeration for food, beverages, or any other items. The Renter is to provide their own coolers to keep items chilled.  
     

  • DO YOU HAVE AN ICE MACHINE?
    NO, we do not. Renters are responsible for providing their own ice and keeping it chilled.
     

  • CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN DJ, PHOTOGRAPHER, PHOTO BOOTH, AND FACE PAINTER?
    YES, you may. We welcome your professional vendors at DJKBH.

     

  • CAN MY DJ SET UP ON YOUR STAGE?
    NO, the stage is only for the use of our resident DJ and Teams DJs at DJKBH when you book one of our DJ packages. Your DJ will set up in a designated area on the dance floor.
     

  • WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE VENUE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT?
    The Renter is responsible for removing all decorations brought into the venue. In addition, the Renter is responsible for making sure all trash, which includes plates, cups, disposable chafing dishes are placed in a trash receptacle. DJKBH staff will sweep & mop the floors, clean the bathroom, clean/sanitize all tables and chairs, and remove all used trash bags from the receptacles.

     

  • TELL ME ABOUT YOUR RESTROOM? We offer one (1) unisex, handicap accessible restroom that's cleaned, sanitized, and fully stocked for each rental.
     

  • CAN I RENT DJ KLASSICK BANQUET HALL FOR A PARTY AND CHARGE AN ENTRANCE/TICKET FEE?
    NO, you cannot. DJKBH is a venue for private events/celebrations. You are prohibited from charging entrance/ticket fees for your event. NO PROMOTERS ALLOWED!!!
