I WANT TO VIEW YOUR VENUE IN-PERSON, CAN I STOP BY?
Yes, but by appointment only. Please call us at (702) 900-3979 to schedule a day and time to view our banquet hall. Because we are a banquet hall business, staff is only onsite for walk-through appointments and scheduled events.
TELL ME ABOUT DJ KLASSICK BANQUET HALL (DJKBH)?
DJKBH is a music themed venue that is approximately 1,200 sq. ft. We cater to simple, small, private events such as Birthday Parties, Wedding Receptions, and Graduation Parties just to name a few. We can accommodate a max of 50 people within our venue. If you are planning on inviting more than 50 people, do not rent DJKBH as we will not be able to accommodate you and your guests.
WHAT ARE THE RENTAL HOURS AT DJKBH?
Rentals are between the hours of 8:00 AM-2:00 AM. Rentals cannot exceed 2:00 AM at DJKBH.
HOW MANY HOURS CAN I RENT DJKBH?
6-Hours is the MAX amount of time for a rental. Please note that you cannot add-on/buy additional hours.
DO YOU OFFER Wi-Fi?
You may add-on Wi-Fi to any package for $20.00, which gives you access for up to 5 devices.
CAN I SETUP THE NIGHT BEFORE MY EVENT OR COME IN EARLIER THAN MY ASSIGNED SETUP TIME?
NO, you will only be allowed to setup during your rental time.
DO YOU PROVIDE STAFF FOR MY EVENT?
An Event Banquet Manager will be onsite to oversee your event. Please note that staff is not onsite to assist you with your event such as unloading/loading your vehicle or setting up/tearing down your decorations just to name a few.
CAN I DECORATE DJ KLASSICK BANQUET HALL?
We require that you keep your decorations simple. If you are planning to have elaborate decorations, a room full of decorations, or over-the-top decorations, please do not rent our venue as it will not be allowed.
1. Your decorations are LIMITED to the tables only.
2. Absolutely NO wall or ceiling decorations allowed.
3. YES, you may have Balloon Arches and Backdrops with Stands, but they must be approved by Management due to spacing concerns.
4. NO Glitter or Confetti allowed.
5. NO outside furniture such as tables, chairs, etc. will be allowed. You will be asked to remove any of these items from our venue.
6. NO open flame candles will be permitted on guest table. Only battery-operated candles are acceptable on guest tables.
7. Helium balloons must be fastened to something on the table to avoid balloons from restricting the AC vents or activating the emergency fire sprinklers.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN TABLES AND/OR CHAIRS?
NO, you cannot. We do not allow any outside furniture such as tables, chairs, cocktail tables, etc., to come into DJKBH due to spacing restrictions and liability reasons.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
YES, you may. You are free to provide your own food and beverages, which also includes catering companies. Absolutely NO cooking on the premises (indoor or outdoor). All food must arrive cooked and ready to be served. You may provide your own chafing dishes to keep your food warm. Absolutely NO Propane usage allowed.
DO YOU HAVE A KITCHEN AT DJ KLASSICK BANQUET HALL?
NO, we do not. All food must arrive cooked and ready to be served. Absolutely NO cooking on the premises (indoor or outdoor).
WHERE CAN I SETUP MY FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
You will be provided with two (2) 6 ft. tables for your food/beverages and one (1) 4 ft. table that can be used for your beverages, gifts, or a cake. All tables are placed in designated areas.
DO YOU HAVE A REFRIGERATOR I CAN USE?
NO, we do not provide a refrigerator for the Renter's use or any refrigeration for food, beverages, or any other items. The Renter is to provide their own coolers to keep items chilled.
DO YOU HAVE AN ICE MACHINE?
NO, we do not. Renters are responsible for providing their own ice and keeping it chilled.
CAN I HIRE AND BRING-IN MY OWN DJ AND PHOTO BOOTH VENDORS?
NO, you cannot. DJKBH does not allow outside DJs or Photo Booth companies to provide services at our venue because we offer those services in-house. If you want to hire a DJ, you will be required to purchase a package from DJKBH that includes a resident DJ. If you want Photo Booth service, you will be required to purchase a Photo Booth package from DJKBH.
CAN I SET UP ANYTHING ON YOUR STAGE?
NO, the stage is only for the use of our resident DJs at DJKBH.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE VENUE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT?
The Renter is responsible for removing all decorations brought into the venue. In addition, the Renter is responsible for making sure all trash, which includes plates, cups, disposable chafing dishes are placed in a trash receptacle. DJKBH staff will sweep & mop the floors, clean the bathroom, clean/sanitize all tables and chairs, and remove all used trash bags from the receptacles.
TELL ME ABOUT YOUR RESTROOM?
We offer one (1) unisex, handicap accessible restroom that is cleaned, sanitized, and fully stocked for each rental.
CAN I RENT DJ KLASSICK BANQUET HALL FOR A PARTY AND CHARGE AN ENTRANCE/TICKET FEE?
NO, you cannot. DJKBH is a venue for private events/celebrations. You are prohibited from charging entrance/ticket fees for your event. NO PROMOTERS ALLOWED!!! We also DO NOT allow Pop-Up Shops, Mobile Boutiques, Cannabis Events, or any events open to the general public.
