WHAT ARE THE TYPE OF EVENTS YOU DO NOT ALLOW?
 

  • NO Ticket Sales Events or Events Open to the General Public (Private Events ONLY)

  • NO Wedding Ceremonies/Receptions (we're a banquet hall designed for parties)

  • NO Pop-Up Shops/Mobile Boutiques

  • NO Cannabis Events

  • NO Sip & Paints

  • NO Events with Strippers (Exotic Dancers)

HOW CAN I VIEW/TOUR YOUR VENUE?

WHAT IS THE VENUE CAPACITY?

Our venue capacity is 50 people MAX (Adults & Children). If you are planning to have more than 50 people, our venue will not be able to accommodate your event. Remember, we are a venue that caters to small events.

 

WHAT ARE THE RENTAL DAYS & HOURS AT DJ KLASSICK BANQUET HALL?

BASIC PACKAGE: 

Monday-Friday (excluding ALL major holidays) between the hours of 10:00 AM-10:00 PM.

PREMIUM PACKAGE: 

Monday-Sunday (excluding ALL major holidays) between the hours of 10:00 AM-12 Midnight.

 

HIGH ROLLER PACKAGE: 

Monday-Sunday (excluding ALL major holidays) between the hours of 10:00 AM-12 Midnight.

CAN I DECORATE THE VENUE?
 

You may ONLY decorate the tables such as the guest tables, food, cake/gift tables (NO wall/ceiling decorations). We ALLOW balloon arches, loose/helium balloons, centerpieces, flowers, table runners, and personal table covers. If you have a banner, poster, large photo to hang, you will be required to use a stand/easel, supplied by you, to place them.

  • NO wall or ceiling decorations allowed

  • NO decorations allowed on the exterior (outside) of the venue

  • NO centerpieces with open flame candles (battery operated is recommended)

  • NO sprinkled Confetti or Glitter on the tables (too messy)

  • NO Balloons filled with Confetti/Glitter will be allowed (too messy if they burst)

  • NO outside or personal furniture such as tables, chairs, etc. will be allowed into the venue

  • If you purchase our Photo Booth service, you will NOT be allowed to add any decorations or a personal backdrop to our booth setup. This area is off limits to Renters to personalize and/or decorate.

 

NOTE: Due to the size of the Banquet Hall, all tables & chairs are placed in designated areas and cannot be rearranged by the Renter. 


WHAT TIME CAN I SETUP/DECORATE FOR MY EVENT?
 

You have a 1-Hour setup time before the start of your rental time. You will not be allowed to setup earlier than your setup time or the night before. 
 

WILL STAFF BE PRESENT DURING MY EVENT?
 

YES, an onsite Banquet Manager will present to oversee your event. 

 

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN TABLES AND/OR CHAIRS?

 

NO, you cannot. We do not allow any personal furniture such as tables, chairs, cocktail tables, etc., due to spacing.
 

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
 

YES, you may. You are free to bring in your own food and beverages. Absolutely NO cooking on the premises (indoor or outdoor). All food must arrive cooked and ready to be served.
 

DO YOU HAVE A KITCHEN AT DJ KLASSICK BANQUET HALL?
 

NO, we do not. All food must arrive cooked and ready to be served.

DO YOU HAVE A REFRIGERATOR AND ICE MACHINE I CAN USE?
 

NO, we do not provide a refrigerator or an ice machine. Providing your own coolers are highly recommended.
 

CAN I HIRE AND BRING-IN MY OWN DJ AND PHOTO BOOTH VENDORS?
 

NO, you cannot. DJKBH does not allow outside DJs or Photo Booth companies to provide services at our venue. Each package includes a Pro DJ and we have a Photo Booth service, which you may add-on if not included in your package.
 

CAN I USE THE STAGE?
 

NO, the stage is only for the use of our Resident DJ.
 

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE VENUE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT?
 

The Renter is responsible for removing all decorations brought into the venue. In addition, the Renter is responsible for making sure all trash, which includes plates, cups, disposable chafing dishes are placed in a trash receptacle. DJKBH staff will sweep & mop the floors, clean the bathroom, clean/sanitize all tables and chairs, and remove all used trash bags from the receptacles.

We offer one (1) handicap accessible restroom that is cleaned, sanitized, and fully stocked for each rental.
 

DO YOU OFFER WiFi?
 

You may add-on WiFi for a $20.00 fee.
